Ввел выдало: 1049. Перезагрузился все по прежнему.
Более того в командной строке все русские буквы стали в другой кодировке и не читаемые. Копирую сюда все становится видно.

Ran: (System File Checker) CMD: sfc/scannow ‘as Administrator’ Result:“Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations” 3.
