Your PC ran into a problem and must be restarted
I am working with Win 10 Pro on an HP 32 bit laptop. Win 10 was sent to me thru windows update. I was having an issue that required me to run “recovery/fresh install”. I did so and after reboot, the pc is stuck in a loop that reads: “ Your PC ran into a problem and must be restarted, we will restart for you”. “If you would like to know more you can search online for this error, Inaccessible boot drive”.
Whenever I restart the pc it goes back into this loop, it appears I may need to reinstall from a win 7 Pro software disk that I had bought from Microsoft or download Win 10 ISO onto a flash drive, just to get the pc back to a usable state. If I do so with the Win 7 disk or ISO, I do not have a valid key. Can I get you to either revalidate a key or give me a valid key for Win 7 pro?

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft community.
I appreciate you for providing details about the issue.
This issue may occur due to corrupt or missing Windows startup files.
I would suggest you to run startup repair from Windows recovery environment and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:
a. Do one of the following, depending on whether you have installation media (such as a DVD or USB flash drive):
— If you have installation media for Windows, start your computer from the installation media. Insert the DVD or USB flash drive and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to «Press any key to boot from DVD«, do so. If you don’t see the message, you might need to change the boot order in your computer’s BIOS settings so that it first starts from the DVD or USB. When you see the «Install Windows» page, click «Repair your computer» to start the Windows recovery environment.
— If you don’t have installation media, use the power button to restart your computer three times. This will start the Windows recovery environment.
b. In the Windows recovery environment, on the «Choose an option» screen, click «Troubleshoot«.
c. Click «Advanced options» and then click «Startup Repair«.
Note: Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
You may download Windows 10 files and create a Windows 10 installation media.
