Windows 10 USB Clean Installation Reboot Loop

After successfully upgrading Windows 10 I chose to perform a clean installation using a 16 GB USB drive. Upon running through the installation setup I get all the way to ‘Finishing Up’ at which point the computer says that it requires a reboot in order to complete installation of Windows. Following the reboot, the initial installation menu opens up again (where you select language, time, etc. )

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Other pertinent info:

1. All external devices have been disconnected (other than mouse and keyboard)

2. Boot order is changed so that the USB is the only option

3. The error was encountered when using custom install where two HDD disk partitions are displayed. The first is Disk 0 System Reserve and is 500 megabytes (large?) while the second is Disk 0 and is 465 gigabytes.

Could the drive be faulty?

5. Select the correct time and Keyboard type.
6. Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
7. Click on Troubleshooting , advanced option and then click Startup Repair .

We are develop backend on .net core + EF Core and our services run under IIS on web server, The frontend we develop on Swift (app on iPAD) Our customers to used the server all the time (daytime and nighttime) We can’t stop services on IIS when we have new update patch.

Question:

1. How we can overwrite dll files on IIS when our customer still used the services.
2. How we can update new update patch on the server and don’t stop the application pool / stop services on IIS.
3. We can’t use ONE customer per ONE application pool, because we have more customers on one server, we can’t use this solution.
4. If you have other solutions for resolve on the problem please suggestion with us.

1.I think it should be unavailable to overwrite the dll when customer still use the services. The worker process should still reading these file and there are no option in IIS to replace during the process. So why don’t create the failover cluster? Then you could change the application without break the services.

2.Build the failover cluster could be the only way to achieve this without stop the application pool. You could just sync the file on the other server, then set one server to unavailable and update the patch. When you finish updating, you could set the updated server to available and set the other one to unavailable instead.

3.You could share the application pool for different web applications as long as you could ensure these application will not crash the worker process. It is not difficult to change the application pool for each web application. Use one application pool per application could prevent the crash and share application pool could save the memory. So it only depend on the compatibility and the performance.

4. Use load balance, NLB, failover cluster should be the only way to achieve your requirement.

Проблемы при установке

Проще всего разобраться с тем, как исправить данную ошибку, можно в момент установки операционной системы. Периферия еще не подключена, следовательно, выбор устройств I/O ограничен. Status 0xc00000e9 при установке Windows 7 или 10 может быть вызван следующими причинами:

• неисправностью носителя (флешка, DVD-диск);
• проблемами в работе жесткого диска ПК;
• неисправностью разъема на материнской плате или шлейфа SATA.

Исправление ситуации с помощью разнообразных программ

Давайте сразу исключим возможное влияние вирусов: устанавливаем хороший антивирусник, диагностируем систему.

Solution 4 Run a disk check
