Для macOS появилась утилита Batteries Widget, показывающая заряд iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Magic Keyboard и Magic Trackpad на Mac.

После установки приложение интегрируется в системную панель с виджетами. Оно получает данные со всех устройств, подключенных к iPhone и Mac.

В настройках Batteries Widget можно активировать уведомления, которые будут присылаться, когда гаджет нуждается в подзарядке.

Как настроить Batteries Widget

1. Подключите iPhone по USB к компьютеру
2. Откройте iPhone в Finder и активируйте параметр Показывать этот iPhone, если он подключен к Wi-Fi
3. Нажмите кнопку Применить

Аналогичная опция находится в iTunes на macOS Mojave и более старых версиях системы.

3. Откройте панель с виджетами macOS
4. Кликните на кнопку Изменить и перетащите Batteries к рабочим виджетам
5. Нажмите кнопку Готово

iPhone и другие гаджеты должны находиться в одной сети Wi-Fi, чтобы всё работало.

Если заряд iPhone и Mac не показывается, перезагрузите компьютер.

AirPods появятся в окне автоматически, при подключении к iPhone или Mac.

Как включить уведомления о подзарядке

1. Откройте Batteries
2. В разделе Notifications установите галочку рядом с тем гаджетом, для которого необходимы оповещения.

Batteries Widget можно протестировать бесплатно в течение 14 дней. После этого разработчик предлагает купить лицензионную версию программы на три Mac за 224 руб.

Very useful and simple design, battery temp function does not work though

I chose this app for it’s low/high charge level notifications which are just perfect with the simple design. The only feature that is not working is the temperature of the battery information which always reports around 30° C, and comparing it to two other apps, CoconutBattery and Macs Fan Control, it seems that this feature doesn’t work right now.

Excellent Execution

This app has all the information you will ever need, about your battery. This is an absolutely incredible app…being that it is a FREE APP. I see true potential in this app and hope it succeeds in developing as an app and developing consumers to healthier battery habits. I am using a MacBook Pro as the device I will be experimenting this app on. A poor performing battery obviously means a poor performining computer. Some people buy a new computer, but others can pass with buying a new battery for their computer to increase performance. It would be interesting to know lifetime stress test on replacement batteries. (Logs of each battery profile)

Missing One Crucial Feature: a change in state alarm.

My usb c thunderbolt charging cable occaisionally pulls out slightly while charging terminating my charge prematurely. If I start charging late in the day, I like my charge being complete before turning in for the night. If the charging cable gets tugged out slightly before my charge is complete I might be ready to turn in and am left with one of 3 choices, 1). leaving the charge interrupted, 2). staying up late until it completes, or 3). letting it charge overnight.

It would be nice if an alarm existed marking change of state between charging and not charging . That way a prematurely terminated charge could be corrected in a timely manner continuing the charge without resorting 1 of the 3 less than ideal choices above.
