• attrib -r -s -h *
• del * /q
• cd C:\Windows\System32\SMI\Store\Machine
• attrib -r -s -h *
• del *.lo*
• del *.tm*
• del *.blf
• del *.regtrans-ms

• Next, got to the C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution folder and get rid of all the folders and files there by tapping the Ctrl + A keys to select them all and then click on Delete. Note that if the files are in use, you won’t be able to delete them.
• Once all the contents in the Software Distribution folder are deleted, restart your PC and then go back to Command Prompt and input the following commands again.

net start wuauserv

net start bits

Рекомендованные действия: » Отключите временно антивирус и любые программы управляющие правами доступа. Очистите папку Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\ и после повторите ещё раз.» не помогают. Антивирус не стоит, доступ свободен, средство устранения неполадок не помогает.

Здравствуйте. Иногда антивирусное ПО нужно не отключать, а полостью удалять. Удалите антивирусное ПО, далее примените этот FixIt ( http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/E/7/FE74974A-9029-41A0-9EB2-9CCE3FC20B99/WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab ) , далее запустите командную строку от имени администратора (правой кнопкой по ПУСК и выберите «Командная строка (Администратор)»), введите команду: net stop wuauserv — дождитесь полной остановки Центра обновления Windows, далее перейдите в C:\Windows и удалите папку «SoftwareDistribution», далее в командной строке от имени администратора, выполните следующую команду: net start wuauserv — дождитесь включения Центра обновления Windows, перезагрузите ПК и попробуйте установить обновления (После этих действий, поиск обновлений первый раз может быть долгим).

Антивирусного ПО не стоит в принципе — не пользуюсь. А все вышеперечисленные манипуляции ни к чему не привели — ошибка как была, так и осталась.
