Как установить Windows 10 с флешки, SD карты, Android или по сети?
В данной статье мы расскажем о способах установки Windows 10.
Windows 10.
Способы установки операционной системы Windows 10

Can you boot an OS from SD card?
I want to boot my familiar OS from another computer. I know it can boot from a USB flash drive, but is it possible to boot an OS from SD card?
— Question from Techspot.com
In order to run their own familiar system or other purposes, many users will create a bootable USB drive, but what about the SD card? Can we create a bootable SD card and boot from it?
Choose a Windows media creation tool
Yes, you can boot your system from an SD card. Like booting from USB drive, you can turn to a powerful Windows media creation tool named AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional . Its “Windows To Go Creator” feature can help you to install Windows 10, 8, 7 on an SD card, as well as USB flash drive. So you can run a system you installed on any other PC. And it owns several highlights to meet your different demands.
в—Џ Better compatibility : AOMEI Partition Assistant allows you to create a bootable SD card from all versions of Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and other Windows OS.
в—Џ Less limitation : Other traditional tools only support a few certified USB, while AOMEI Partition Assistant create a bootable SD card without brand limit as long as it has enough space to contain the system.
в—Џ Comprehensive features: This tool abounds with features for your PC. For example, it helps yout to make a WinPE bootable USB if your PC can’t boot up one day. You can enter a fixing program to repair the boot issue or perform other tasks, like format and wipe a disk with this Windows PE USB.
Now you can download the demo version beforehand to see how it works.

To install Windows 10 on a system where there is no Windows, You may follow the below steps.
As you are already on the boot setup, go to Boot menu and locate the boot order screen that lists the boot devices. This may be on the Boot tab itself or beneath a Boot Order option.
Select an option and press Enter to change it, either to disable it or specify another boot device. You can also use the + and – keys to move devices up or down in the priority list. (These steps may be slightly different on some computers; consult the list of keyboard shortcuts on your screen.) Note: “USB drive” doesn’t appear as an option in the list, even though your computer has USB ports. If you connected a USB device to the computer before starting your computer and accessing this screen, you’d see the USB drive option in the list. Some computers display the USB drive option even when a drive isn’t connected, while some don’t.
The boot order is a priority list. For example, if “USB drive” is above “hard drive” in your boot order, your computer will try the USB drive and, if it’s not connected or no operating system is present, boot from the hard drive.
To save your settings, locate the Save & Exit screen. Select the Save Changes and Reset or Save Changes and Exit option and press Enter to save your changes and restart your computer.
You may also be able to press a specific key to save your settings and reset the computer. Ensure you select the “save and exit” option, not the “discard changes and exit” option.
Once your computer restarts, it will boot using your new boot order priority. The installation wizard will appear now and follow the instruction on the screen to install the Windows 10.
Follow the steps in the below link to install the Windows 10 after getting the Installation setup wizard.
Disclaimer: Using an incorrect BIOS setting can cause a system malfunction. Please follow the BIOS guide provided with your computer motherboard. If you read these instructions and you are not sure how to change a setting, it is better to leave it as the default setting. Also, after the installation has completed successfully, revert the boot order to the hard drive as first priority to boot the installed Windows from the hard drive. Use the same steps above to revert the boot option.

Installing Windows on an SD Card
Assuming you have a built-in slot, is it feasible to install Windows 7 (Vista, or XP for that matter) onto a 32gig SD card? By install, I mean house your windows folder and any OS required folders and files on the card. Program Files and User directories could go elsewhere.
If so, what specs do you need to consider for the card and would their be any major drawbacks?
Update
For the sake of argument, my target machine would likely be a Dell Inspiron 1720 which has a built-in SD slot. The A9 BIOS revision can boot from that slot, USB or the ExpressCard bus.

It’s definitely doable, but there are two concerns that you’ll need to address if you want to boot and use Windows 7 off of an SD card regularly.
- Transfer speeds; a run-of-the-mill SD card is going to have mediocre read/write performance. I’d try to invest in a faster model. Any of the ones designed for SLR cameras (like SanDisk’s Extreme line) should provide a boost, but I wouldn’t expect hard drive or SSD-like performance out of a memory card.
- Flash memory cells eventually ‘burn out’ and stop working. If you have your Windows swap file on the SD card, it will likely wear out faster than it would on a hard drive or SSD. Dan’s Data says it’s not as big of a concern as it used to be though!
Let us know how it goes!
Windows Setup will not permit you to install to media other than an IDE or SATA connected hard drive, regardless of what drivers you have. Therefore, it is not possible to install and boot a full Windows 7 environment from an SD card.
(I can confirm that I do have troubles installing Windows 8 on SD card, installer doesn’t seem to recognize in drive selection option)
If by any change there is a way to install Windows 8 from USB into SD card on Mac they I’ll be first to upvote the answer!
UPDATE 8th Aug 2016
Got upvoted, got notification, returned to this question because it would be nice to have Windows sitting on a SD card. Some top results from Google search:
And just as top answer suggests — it’s definitely doable — when you using Windows To Go
One ugly solution is to use one of this (native install, sd will be seen by motherboard as an IDE or as a SATA drive):
- IDE to CF + CF to SD + SD to microSD
- IDE to CF + CF to microSD (some CF to microSD also have Raid0 with up to 4 microSD, with a great improve on R/W, not so much on IO/s)
- Sata to SD + SD to microSD
- Sata to microSD
SD to microSD internally is only a cable positioning replace, i have open one of thoose adaptors.
Allways try to use microSD of highest speed you can, they give better compatibility than a pure SD, at least the pure SD ones i had tried did not worked, while a microSD and a microSDHC had worked well.
First try with a normal 8GiB microSD, then try with a microSDHC (up to 32GiB), and if you are a bit lucky also try with a microSDXC; not all cards are supported by laptop readers, first try yours from a LiveLinux to check if you can access it well Read and Write.
This is a much more elegant solution (with three really big problems) and no need to by hardware adaptors, neither open laptop to change the card, it uses the sd card slot on the side of the laptop:
How To Install Windows 10/8.1/7 From Your Phone’s Micro SD Memory Card
Last Updated on October 19, 2020 by admin 27 Comments
A couple of years ago, during the days of Windows XP and Vista to be precise, we all used to use traditional CDs and DVDs to install Windows operating system. Post the release of Windows 7 Beta in January 2009, a number of tools started appearing on the web to create bootable USBs that help you install Windows 7 from a USB drive.
Microsoft also released an official tool, a few weeks before the release of Windows 7 RTM to the public, called Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to help end users create bootable Windows 7 USBs from ISO image files. Tools like Rufus and WinUSB Maker are capable of creating bootable USB compatible with both tradition BIOS and new UEFI systems.
But there might be situations where you have Windows 10/8.1/7 ISO file but don’t have a USB drive to prepare and install/re-install Windows from a USB drive. Thankfully, Windows 7, Windows 8/8,1, and Windows 10 can be installed from your phone’s memory card as well.
These days, almost all of us own at least one smart phone and most of these smart phones, barring iPhone, support Micro SD memory cards. So finding a memory card isn’t a hard task, and since all of us carry our phones everywhere, we can quickly move the SD card data to a PC, prepare the bootable memory card, and then install Windows from the memory card.
In this guide, we will show you how to create bootable Micro SD memory card and use it as the bootable media to install Windows 10/8.1/7 from the same. Follow the given below instructions to prepare your Windows 10/8.1/7 bootable Micro SD card and then install Windows 10/8.1/7.
Preparing Windows 10/7/8.1 bootable memory card is fairly a simple job and you need to follow the same procedure that you followed to create Windows 8.1 bootable USB drives.
NOTE 1: Memory cards, other than Micro SD, can also be used to prepare bootable media and then install Windows from it.
NOTE 2: Before using the Command Prompt to prepare the bootable media, I tried the popular Rufus tool to make memory card bootable but it failed. Other similar tools out there might help you in preparing the bootable memory card but we’re going to use the 100% working instructions provided in our how to install Windows 10 from USB guide to prepare Windows 8.1/10 bootable memory card.
Making your Micro SD memory card bootable
Procedure:
Step 1: Remove the Micro SD memory card from your phone and attach it to your PC either using built-in or an external memory card reader.
Step 2: Back up all data from your memory card to a safe location, as we’re going to format the memory card which will erase all data from the card.
Step 3: Open elevated Command Prompt. To open the Command Prompt with administrator rights, type CMD in the Start screen or Start menu, and then simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys. You can also refer to our how to open Command Prompt as administrator for detailed instructions.
Step 4: In the elevated Command Prompt, execute the following commands:
Diskpart
Press Enter key.
List Disk
Press Enter key.
Notice the disk number of your memory card. For example, in the above picture, my memory card’s disk number is 1.
Step 5: Next, type the following commands one after another and press Enter key after tying each command.
Select Disk 1
In the above command, replace “1” with your memory card’s disk number that you have obtained in Step 4.
Clean
Create Partition Primary
Select Partition 1
Active
Format Fs=NTFS Quick
Assign
Exit
Don’t close the Command Prompt yet.
Step 6: Next, mount your Windows 10/8.1/7 ISO file to get a drive letter for the mounted drive. If you’re on Windows 8/8.1, right-click on the ISO file and then click Mount. And if you’re on Windows 7, please go through our how to mount an ISO file in Windows 7 guide for detailed instructions.
Step 7: Execute the following three commands:
G: Cd Boot
Where “G” is drive letter of the mounted ISO file
Bootsect.exe /NT60 F:
In the above command, replace “F” with the drive letter of your Micro SD memory card. That’s it! You can now close the Command Prompt.
Step 8: Finally, copy all files (including hidden, if any) from the virtual drive (ISO file mounted drive) to your memory card. Your bootable Windows memory card is now ready.
Step 9: Turn on the PC on which you would like to install Windows from the bootable memory card, connect the bootable memory card, boot into BIOS or UEFI, re-arrange the boot order to bootable from memory card/USB and restart the PC to see Press any key to boot from CD/DVD message on the screen.
Press any key to begin loading necessary files and installing Windows 10/8.1/7 operating system. Good luck!
NOTE: Should your PC doesn’t show memory card in the BIOS/UEFI and doesn’t support booting from a memory card, you can put back the memory card (after preparing the bootable one) into your phone, connect the phone to your PC using a supported cable and then restart your PC to boot and install Windows. It worked on our PC, at least.
