@G_Balakhadze: The problem is, there are no HP Win10 drivers for your laptop. The latest that HP has is Win8.1.
But, as you see, there are no keyboard drivers, per se.
You can try using Windows Updates to find drivers from the Microsoft repositories for your device: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03330139
If Windows Update doesn’t yield new drivers, you can pursue alternative that are described in the linked Microsoft Windows Insider Community thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/wiki/insider_wintp-insider_devices/how-to-install-and-upd.
If you then run into trouble installing drivers through Windows Update, you can try using Microsoft’s Windows Update Troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/open-the-windows-update-troubleshooter

Hello HP Tech Support,
can you please tell us what HP intend to do with this business line laptop. Does HP intend to release full drivers for Windows 10? Yes/No
We need to know in order to plan what to do. The sad part is that until someone on high chairs will not make a decision tech support cannot say anything. So sad!

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
You could try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix any updates that have not come through for Windows 10. Please restart the Notebook twice to make sure all update have been completed.
Here is a document that shows how to update drivers that are not working correctly with Windows 10. All drivers for Windows 8 should work fine for Windows 10.
Here is a download for the Fingerprint scanner for Windows 10. sp71729.exe should work for you.
Go to the Control Panel, Programs, HP SimplePass
Scroll down to Enroll Fingerprints. Click and enroll your finger prints. Deleted the old fingerprints in SimplePass and enrolled new ones.
Now if you go to the Settings App, Account , Sign in options there will be an option to sign in using Windows Fingerprint. You can add finger prints from there .
Restarted the Notebook and sign in using Fingerprint scanner.
I hope this helps.

To install Windows 10, here is a method I found that should work for your computer:
Then, follow these instructions:
Browse to the folder where you saved the Windows 10 ISO file and right-click on it. Select Open with Windows Explorer.
You will be able to see the contents of the ISO file. Click on setup .
The setup will begin and you will be asked if you want to download updates now or later.
Clicking on Next, will start downloading of the updates…
… followed by, the setup getting a few things ready.
Once you are all set, you will be asked to Accept the license terms.
Click on Accept to proceed. You will see a Making sure …. message. The setup will make sure that your PC is ready to install. If anything requires your attention, it will be highlighted.
It could be a message about Language Packs, media Center or anything else. Here you can also click on the Change what to keep link.
Click on Confirm / Next. The setup will check if your PC has enough space and then a Ready to install message.
Click on Install to proceed. Your computer will commence installation and restart several times.
Finally you will see the following screen at boot.
Once the upgrade is completed, you will see the following welcome screen.
After logging for the first time you may see the following screen. You can click on Use Express setting or you may Customize.
If you choose to Customize, you will be able to personalize your speech, typing, location settings …
… set browser, connectivity and error reporting settings.
You will be informed about the new apps in Windows 10. You may choose your default apps here or move on.
Finally after a few ‘Taking care of a few things’ messages, you will be taken to your Windows 10 desktop.

After upgrading to Windows 10 4 devices were not recognized by the system and took a long time to boot.
I installed the driver fingerprint sensor windows 8 and it worked. Which suggested not let me install it.
I have also installed other drivers windows 8 and I updated with the manufacturer (Intel and AMD) the graphics cards and some other that windows update has recommended me.
Anyway still taking 1 min 30 sec to start, as there are 2 devices that are not recognized and for which no drivers. And the Atheros bluetooth driver gives a problem.
HP, please release drivers for these three devices soon. Thank you.

The problem is with the ATI graphics Catalyst driver, with version 15.7.
To solve the problem of slow start, in the registry, change all the DWORD value to 0 in the enableULPS key. Make a backup of the registry before making changes just in case.
Thus, although I still have the problem with the three drivers, startup is normal in less than 30 seconds.
Greetings and good luck.

When I look at the specs of this Product it shows me that there was no Bluetooth Installed on this Notebook.
I would need the serial number to confirm this. Please review the HP Privacy Statement . Then send it to me in a private message. If you are not sure how to check your forum messages, this post has instructions.

Hi, I work with computers a fair bit, and encountered this issue with the 4530s as well after upgrading to Windows 10. Having tried several of the ‘recommended fixes’, none of which resolved the extremely slow startup issue, I was determined not to let it get the better of me so this is what I did that has finally resolved the problem. (and has been stable for several weeks now). with approx 5 to 6 second startup running an SSD drive.
- Device Manager > Display Adapters >
- Disable Intel HD Graphics (DO NOT uninstall. just in case !!)
- Leave the AMD RAdeon Graphics as is.
- Restart Laptop, GO into BIOS (ESC on restart gets you there)
- SYSTEM SETTINGS,
- DEVICES.
- Disable Switchable graphics. Save and exit.
Note: Remember. in step 2 the Intel HD was disabled. However, after disabling switchable graphics in BIOS, you should now note the following in device manager. The AMD Radeon adapter is no longer present, Instead the Intel HD Graphics adapter is active. I tested the above many times (reverted & reset again) to see if the results would vary, and pleased to say it has been consistant. Hope you have the same results if you follow the steps above.
