What is the model number of your WiFi .

in the device manager heres what i found. Realtek RTL8188CE 802.11bgn WiFi Adapter. is this correct? or where do i check it?

That one does not have Bluetooth.

You need this one.

Not sure what proceedure you are using to install taht driver but, it doesn’t work for me.

I had previously used the bluetooth but, after windows 10, machibne says not installed.
